Safari b71 seeded, named "beta 2". UPDATED!

UPDATE: A french Mac site has even taken the risk to give a direct download link to the build v71 on their site. Now we can say this beta is already quite public ;).

Since the release of the first public beta of Safari in early January. Developers received a dozen of seeds of Safari that added several exciting features like tabbed browsing, forms auto-fill, user-agent change and others that have already been mentionned by several sites. Most of these features were quite unstable until v67 seed. Although Apple stopped seed program of Safari since the quite stable v67 build, the development of Safari is still going fine with v69 and v71 builds that came very recently.

Here is a list of the changes that I could notice in v69 and v71:
- stability/speed improvements
- fixed bugs in tabbed browsing
- reset all option (resets cache, cookies...)
- better localisation
- password auto-fill now works fine
- fixes a display bug with some sites using frames
- other display bugs fixed

The latest seed b71 is named "Safari 1.0 beta 2 (v71)" in the about box. So we can suppose that a release of a public "beta 2" of Safari is quite imminent, that is not really verified though.
