Credit Suisse First Boston brokerage firm released yesterday some figures it expects for Apple, for this quarter.
According to the brokerage firm, Apple will sell 1.5 million iPod shuffle as well as 4.2 million hard disk based iPods during the quarter, which brings iPod sales to a record of 5.7 million. It is also expected Mac sales to be up 35% year over year, mainly because of the Mac mini and demand increase across the board. Apple should sell 150 000 Mac minis.
The brokerage firm expects revenues of 3.2 billion and earnings of 25 cents per share. However, its target price remains unchanged, at $40.
