Firefox for Intel-based Macs

The Inquirer reports that the Mozilla foundation has succeeded in compiling FireFox on the "MacTel" platform.

A chief developer of the project, Josh Aas told on his blog that the Mozilla Firefox team has worked hands in hands with Apple engineers to accomplish this port.

Although this is not a final release and some bugs remain, it's quite good news for the Mac users community to see an important web browser project coming on the new platform.
