Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.3 update build 8F28 seeded

According to Macnews.tc.net and MacRumors, Apple has seeded build 8F28 of Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.3 update earlier this week.
Tiger's development team still has some known bugs to fix. The update is to be released by mid-October.
