MacScoop has encountered major database issues resulting to partial loss of data: Some users who registered or who tried to register as members between September 21 and October 1st may need to renew their registration. No other data loss has been observed. All our apologies for the inconvenance occasioned.

We wish to all of you visitors, members, sources, announcers, contributors and Mac-site owners a merry Christmas.

You've already offered us our present for this year's Christmas, as we're having a daily traffic record during the week-end (not counting traffic records generated by Apple events coverage).

As many exciting things are coming up in the Apple world during the following weeks, we should be updating the site very regularly until and after MacWorld SF 2007 so we encourage you to stay tuned.

By the way, as we know that our visitors are coming from several different countries, we'll just link to this page which says it in ~~every language~~ many languages :).
