Last day for the $49 MacHeist software bundle (UPDATE)

UPDATE: The MacHeist bundle deal is over. 43,815 bundles were sold and $488.003 were raised for charity.

The MacHeist team has partnered with several developers and web sites so as to offer to the Mac community what is probably the best software bundle ever.

Initially, the bundle included 11 applications but even more applications were added recently, including two games and the MacWorld Best of Show award winning VectorDesigner.

More than $300 000 were raised for charity. This was also the condition for all the 14 applications of the bundle to be unlocked.

The bundle, which costs $49 now includes the following applications:

The total value of the bundle is as much as $498.60. In the $49 you pay for the bundle, 25% is donated to a charity of your choice.

You can chose among the following charities: Action Against Hunger, AIDS Research Alliance, Alliance for Climate Protection, Direct Relief International, Humane Society International, The Nature Conservancy, Save the Children, Save Darfur, Prevent Cancer Foundation, World Wildlife Fund.
