Apple has officially started its yearly "Back To School Promo" which consists of interesting bundles for students.

This year, Apple is offering a $199 or $299 rebate, respectively on an iPod nano or 8GB iPod touch with every Mac purchase.

It means customers will have the iPod nano, the 8GB iPod Touch for free if they buy a Mac. they can also choose to buy the higher capacity iPod Touch models but the rebate will remain at the maximum of $299.

The promo is offered only to students and expires on September 15.

These promos usually significantly boost Apple sales during calendar Q2 and this year Apple is expected to report record Mac sales.
