According to theInquirer, the new version of the XBox 2 development kit being sent to developers. The new kit includes a PowerMac G5 running a special version of Windows for PowerPC and includes a R500 graphic card.

Tiger build 8A323 seeded - UPDATED!
According to CaféMacs, Apple has seeded a new Tiger beta, build 8A323. There is no information about its improvements yet though. We'll keep you informed as soon as we know more.
UPDATE: ThinkSecret confirms that Apple has seeded a new build of Tiger on the ADC web site and gives some details about the build.
PowerPC G4 surprisingly reaches 1.7Ghz clock speed - UPDATED!
Apple's PowerBook line has not been updated since April 2004 and Apple had even officially announced that there would be no update to them until the end of the year. Reasons were said to be the fact the PowerPC G4 processors used in the current line of PowerBooks cannot exceed the speed of 1.5Ghz and that's also what Freescale's specifications say. Meanwhile, Sonnet Technologies has recently announced a new processor upgrade for the PowerMac and the Cube. This new upgrade surprisingly brings the processor speed to 1.7Ghz.
Apple to open the iPod software through a SDK?
