According to CNNMoney [1], Apple Computer could be in talks with Apple Corps - the owners of the Beatle's discography rights - for an unpreceded and exclusive iPod-iTunes deal.

Apple Corps could allow Apple Computer to exclusively sell the Beatle's discography in digital format. The music company has yet refused any partnership with online music stores.

But the partnership between Apple Computer and Apple Corps could go even further, says the report, as Apple is said to be interested in using a Beatle's song in an iPod ad. It would not be the first time though, as Apple Computer has already used "Revolution" song for an iMac ad a few years ago.

Finally, the report also speculates on a U2 like deal, with a Beatles special edition iPod.

The two companies have been in trademark dispute over the "Apple" trademark several times while the last dispute ended earlier this year, with Apple as the winner.
