Here's a catch-up with some news that we didn't mention:

According to AppleInsider [1] and ThinkSecret [2], new builds of Mac OS X 10.4.2 have been seeded lately. This second major update of Tiger focuses on Dashboard and brings it many enhancements but also fixes several other bugs and improves iChat and AddressBook. The update shouldn't take long to appear on your Software Update utility.

Arstechnica has posted a great article [3] on Intel's processors roadmap. This may help us to guess which processors Apple will use for its future Macs. By the way, AppleInsider [4] guesses that the Powerbooks will be powered by Yonah, which is a dual-core low power chip. The site points out an article on Digitimes [5], claiming that Apple will use this processor for its Macs in 2006.

As noted on D. Hyatt's blog [6], Apple has announced that the Safari's frameworks, (WebKit, WebCore, JavaScriptCore) are now totally opened to developers through a dedicated web site [7].
