Apple has just quietly launched its Australian iTunes Music Store. Songs are priced $1.69 (AUS) each while videos are priced $3.39.

The company has been rumoured to be preparing the launch of the Australian iTunes Music store since last year. The launch was then delayed several times.

Last week, several reports [1] claimed there would be an official announcement for the launch of iTunes Australia on October the 25th and that the store would actually open on October the 31st.
